For buyers referred to AI Agent Realty

Referred here?
Here's how this works.

AI Agent Realty is an AI real estate agent for Missouri and Kansas. Your agent runs your purchase start to finish — the search, the showings schedule, the offer, the negotiation, and every deadline — and works with you by email, in writing, the whole way. Behind your agent is a licensed human team: a transaction coordinator on your paperwork, local field agents in person for showings and walkthroughs, and Steven Mock — licensed agent of record with Platinum Realty — on the steps the law reserves for a licensed agent.

An AI agent, with a licensed team behind it.

The model, in plain terms.

When you sign, you know exactly how your purchase is run — from that moment, not later. Four parts, each doing its own job:

01

Your AI agent — runs the deal

Your agent is your agent, day to day: it builds your search, schedules your showings, prepares and negotiates your offer, tracks every deadline, and answers you by email — fast, and in writing, so nothing is ever lost or left to memory.

02

Paige — transaction coordinator

Paige Birdsley, our transaction coordinator, runs your file once you are under contract: paperwork, signatures, title and lender coordination, and every deadline between contract and keys — so nothing slips and nothing is left to the last day.

03

Field agents — local, in person

Local partner agents handle the in-person work in your area: showings, walkthroughs, and eyes on a home when something needs a second look. Field partners like Tina, Skeeter, Miriam, and Lisa cover their home ground across Missouri — and they report straight back to your agent.

04

Steven Mock — licensed agent of record

The license line, stated plainly: Steven Mock is the licensed real estate agent of record for AI Agent Realty in Missouri and Kansas, with Platinum Realty. The steps the law reserves for a licensed agent carry his license and his oversight. Your day-to-day agent is your AI agent.

And the whole thing runs on two email threads, so everything is in writing. The team thread — your agent, Paige, your field agent, and Steven — is where the deal gets run day to day. The deal thread is where you and the outside parties — the other agent, the lender, title — see the offers, counters, and milestones that involve you. You only get the email that matters to you, and nothing gets lost.

One flat fee: $7,995 — up to $500K.

No percentage. No broker fee added. Buying or listing, homes from $300,000 to $500,000 are one flat fee: $7,995, spelled out in the agreement before you sign. Homes above $500,000 are priced by custom quote — ask us and we’ll quote it up front, before you sign. On a $400,000 home, a typical agent charges about $11,200 at 2.8%. We charge $7,995.

Who pays it: you, the buyer — the buyer typically pays the buyer-side fee; that's how buyer-agent pay works today. In many deals we negotiate for the seller to cover some or all of it, but plan on the fee being yours.

Referred to us by another agent? We still pay them — 30% of our fee goes to the agent who sent you, paid out of our fee. On a $7,995 flat-fee deal that’s $2,398.50. Your price never changes.

REMOTE

Your agent works remotely

Your agent does not come in person. Showings and the in-person steps are handled by local field agents.

From first email to keys.

Here is exactly what working with AI Agent Realty looks like, step by step.

01

The first email

You write to your agent — where you're headed, budget, timing, must-haves. Your search gets built around it. No pressure, and no paperwork to start.

02

Seeing homes

A local field agent walks you through the homes that fit and reports back to your agent, who oversees every tour.

03

The offer

When a home is right, your agent negotiates your offer — price, terms, and timing — with a candid read for you before anything is signed, and your licensed agent of record on the steps the law reserves for a license.

04

Contract to close

Paige runs the paperwork and the deadline calendar; your agent keeps you posted by email at every step and oversees the whole file — inspections, appraisal, title, and a final walkthrough with your field agent.

05

Keys in hand

Closing day, the home is yours. And your agent stays your agent after the move — by email, for the questions, the plans, and the next one when it comes.
